The Chris Kilbride Story

Chris was injured in a tragic accident while out on a ride. A low-hanging wire, being worked on by the power company, pulled him off his bike, leaving him with severe neck injuries and paralysis. Despite these challenges, Chris remains determined to recover. He will soon begin critical treatments in Ontario, CA, which are not covered by insurance.

100% of proceeds from this fundraiser will go directly to Chris and his family to help cover these medical expenses.

Official Chris Kilbride Fundraiser Rules for the Sweepstakes

NO PURCHASE OR DONATION IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A DONATION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

By participating in the Chris Kilbride Rehabilitation Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”), entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

1. SPONSOR

The Sweepstakes is organized by friends of Chris Kilbride, located at Santa Clarita, CA, to raise funds for his rehabilitation after a spinal cord injury.

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on 1/10/25 at 10:00 AM Pacific Time (PT) and ends on 4/2/25 at 8:00 PM EST (the “Sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be received by the deadline to be eligible.

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household, are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited.

4. HOW TO ENTER

There are two methods of entry:

• Free Entry: Enter without making a donation by filling out the form below.

5. PRIZES

A total of 13 prize packages will be awarded. Each prize package has an approximate retail value (ARV) ranging from $250 to $5,000. Prizes include, but are not limited to:

The total approximate retail value of all prizes is $20,000. Prizes are non-transferable and are awarded “as is.” No substitution or cash equivalent is permitted except at the Sponsor’s discretion.

6. ODDS OF WINNING

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

Winners will be selected via a random drawing conducted on or around 4/2/25. Winners will be notified via email or phone within 10 days of the drawing. Winners must respond within 7 days of notification to claim their prize. If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within the specified period, an alternate winner may be selected.

8. TAXES

Winners are solely responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on prizes.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering, participants release the Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize. The Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, or misdirected entries, technical malfunctions, or other errors beyond its control.

10. PRIVACY

Personal information collected from entrants will only be used for the purposes of administering the Sweepstakes and notifying winners. Sponsor will not sell, share, or disclose personal information to third parties except as necessary to administer the Sweepstakes.

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules.

12. GOVERNING LAW

The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
